For the past few years we've been cultivating rhubarb. We have several varieties growing in raised beds outside and also planted in our hoop house. Root Seller Farm is heading up a three year research project through Alaska Division of Agriculture Specialty Crop Grant. -See the presentation below. More is yet to come. Stay tuned!
